The public hearing will begin at 2:00 PM and run
until all participants present have had an
opportunity to offer written and/or verbal
comments but no later than 5:00 PM. The public
hearing will reconvene at 6:30 PM and continue
until all verbal and/or written comments have
been submitted by participants.
